Becka's instructions were very good, but I admit this stitch was a bit challenging.  Since I needed a lot of practice, I made this silly little picture so I could do the stitch over and over.  I think one of the hardest parts for me was working with so many threads--I kept accidentally seperating the threads, so there are some stray threads that are a bit goofy here.
