Thanks for the class Irina, super interesting!

I chose 'Trend 4', watercolor line art. At first, I didn't do this one monochrome, but chose 2 colors to give a bit more depth to it. I based my painting on a photo (see below) I made myself of the Eiffel Tower a few weeks ago! I ended up painting some shadows, so this was suddenly not really line art anymore.

 So I did it again, monochrome this time, and being careful to make it SIMPLE! Challenging, because I always tend to add stuff to 'finished' paintings. But here it is.

 

And I also did 'trend 5'; painterly flowers. Again, doing something simple is not my forte, I keep wanting to add to it. But this one I call finished for now, and I like it!
