I took these shots using my entry-level Nikon D3400. It was definitely a learning experience to say the least. Having only just started I'm managed to come away from the gig with specific things I need to work on and improve.

 

 

The room was quite dark apart from two purple lights and one blue light. Finding variety was the hardest challenge I had on the night.

 

 

 

I ran these images through Lightroom and tried to play with toning down the saturation on the RAW files.

 

Overall, the band was happy but I knew I could have done better. I want to get more creative with my shots, experiment more with aperture as well as move around a lot more with the camera.
