I took this class to improve my elispse drawing - I have a reasonable grounding in freehand sketching, but I’ve always struggled with drawing cylinders. I took notes on the process and drawing an ellipse inside perspective squares has proven effective.

The class project is a drip coffee maker I have been using in a still life and struggled to get in convincing proportion. After this class, I was better able to draw the elipses and I have left some of the guidelines to show my process.
