My drawings from the class.
I used grey colored pencils on pastel paper.
I'm not sure I liked the surface of the pastel paper (I liked the brown color though) I used for these so I might try something else for the next ones in the course. Maybe pastelmat or stonehenge paper.

10 Mar 2025 - Tree added. After finishing this drawing it occurred to me that green paper might have been an interesting choice :-). I used grey pastelmat and warm grey white colored pencils.

13 Mar 2025 - Castillo de Valparadis. Tough subject but I thoroughly enjoyed doing it. It looked a bit 'busy' at one point so I added an extra layer of shading to make some different shapes and shadows across the wall surface. Grey colored pencils on maize pastelmat. I put a mount on the top to flatten out the picture a bit. It looks an interesting place to visit - on to  vol2.
