Hello again! I did the demonstration drawings, I do see an improvement from the last time I drew torso. I will try the extra reference ones tomorrow ;) 

 

I did some of the extra reference ones. The drawings of the women look good, but I have quite a hard time with the back views of male references with all the muscles and shadows. 

 

I did 10 more drawings 5 women and 5 men in progressively harder poses. I think I improved a bit when it came to drawing the backs of men. Number 10 was of course pretty challenging but I think I did pretty good. 

I am also using a more "pen" styled brush so it keeps me being a bit more loose, which is why they look a bit messy ;)
