I watched all the lessons first and i chose to draw a cavalier king charles spaniel. For the first part i drew the cavalier king charles spaniel using basic forms my refrence image was cartoonish but realistic proportions i used the techniques you showed

For the  second part  I sketched the same cavalier king charles spaniel using a 3 minute stopwatch and i sketched quickly and this is how it came out.

Overall the lessons were very helpful. Thank you for the class.
