This was fun, even though it took a lot longer than I had initially anticipated. Procreate did not want to change the color of my dots or even let me move designs around, instead they were resized. 

I also used a CRICUT EXPLORE AIR 2 to cut these, but it only worked after I saved the stickers as JPEG. The quality of the PNG was not good enough (Cricut started cutting little pixels..), even though it was set to 300 dpi.

At least I knew what pressure to choose to achieve the 'kiss-cut'. For me that was "PAPER -" if that helps anyone.
One less thing to figure out ;)
