Daisy edits

Daisy edits - student project

I took the original photo in my studio with a dim light on at night, so I didn't really have high hopes for it. I mainly wanted to brighten it up, get rid of most of the paint splatters on the desk, and the ugly shadow in the upper left corner. I used Fresh Air from the Fresh pack in Colorstory to brighten it, then used Retouch to get rid of the paint splatters and the shadow in the corner with the quick edit tool, then tried messing with Snapseed to adjust the temperature and exposure of the overall photo. I may have gone a little overboard with the temperature brush, but pretty happy with the way my first try turned out, I think these apps will definitely come in handy once I master them! I've really been needing to work on my editing skills, so thank you for the class Peggy!!
