Custom palette

I usually use my tube watercolors straight from the tube. I’m trying to paint more often, so I created a small palette that I can bring with them wherever I go. I created a palette that includes my recently purchased Beam paint stones. The palette contains cool and warm primaries, an iridescent green (Beam), a yellow earth, a dark, a neutral gray, and white to make opaque pastel colors. I don’t know if I will use the white in this way. I just thought I would be fun to explore something different. If I had to add one more color, it would be an earth red. Thanks for the fun class! Sometimes I get impatient to create a finished piece of art, but it is so good to take a step back and learn about agg be d choose pigments for a limited palette.Custom palette - image 1 - student project
