For my project, I created a custom Airtable project tracker to help me organize and manage my creative projects from one central dashboard.

I designed the interface to give me a clear overview of each project, including its status, kickoff and due dates, project lead, tasks, subtasks, assignments, attachments, and calendar schedule.

I wanted the tracker to make the creative process feel less overwhelming by turning multiple moving parts into a clear, visual workflow that I can easily monitor and update as a project progresses.

This setup is designed around my own creative workflow, with room to expand as my projects become more complex.
