Creating a Monster

Ha! I think you've created a monster, Denise Love! This project was so fun I don't want to stop, even with the limited supplies (I have only GREEN ink! LOL!)

I create a total of 16 minis, using a total of 6 color palettes for those, instead of only 4, because two of the palettes, I didn't really like when I did the first two, so I changed to something else for the other two on the same page. From the three minis that were my favorites, I made 4 larger pieces, plus 2 other larger pieces combining some of the leftover colors.

I was so excited about one of the larger pieces, and then the paper buckled, leaving a dip in the middle of an ink line, which created a puddle. Waah. But we'll try again.

My photos don't convey the colors very well - I tried taking photos on my patio and in the kitchen light, but neither are great color representations. I knew it was a good paint day when I left my art desk with a smile on my face and hours later, discovered paint on my elbows. Ha.
