Colour Palette for new Gaming business
My partner is opening a new business selling trading cards and table-top games. The business will be selling online to begin with and then hopefully moving to a brick and mortar space with areas for gaming in person and socialising.
The brand needs to appeal to all ages and be fun and inclusive. This is the mood board I generated in a previous class:

From the mood-board I pulled the following colour story:

Looking back at the mood-board the more saturated colours jumped out at me as the primary colours.

With the pastel and darker hues coming secondary.

There were very few neutral colours but those that were there tended towards stoney colours and black.

I struggled to compile palettes that were vibrant but didn't look too childish.

I liked the 2nd and 3rd palettes but the primary colours on the third are similar to another large company in the same selling space. So I decided on the 2nd palette.

The neutrals are charcoal grey and an off-white to try and stop the colours being too harsh. Below is a quick example of how the colours work with one of the product characters that will be sold.
