I ended up mostly sticking to hatching and cross hatching when I was sketching. I used the given references for the eye, nose, and mouth but found my own for the full portraits.

 

Here is the final colored portrait. I mostly used copics (i haven't used them in a loooong time) and colored pencils. I think I focused more on proportions in the pencil portraits than I did on the colored portrait. Anyway hope ya'll like it!
