I was approached by Hahnemuhle to create a Reel for a special collaboration week along with many other artists. I use many of their watercolour sketchbooks and have created videos and demos for them previously. This time I wanted to try something a little different - a voiceover with some of my top tips when starting the first page of a new sketchbook. 

Using Simon's amazing tips I crafted a decent script, I hoped would be valuable. I had wanted to reserve a sketchbook just for learning from 'masters' and I carried this themes through by creating Starry Night by Van Gogh using watercolour, colour pencil and Posca pens. 

I could have used their in app captions when it came to posting the Reel but I didn't want the lettering covering too much of my artwork. WOW CapCut on desktop was a total revelation and it did not disappoint with ease of use and functionality.
