This is a cold call script I developed selling local SEO services to small businesses:

Opening:  "Uh, hi there… I’m sorry, I hope I’m not catching you at a bad time? My name is Brian Brumbach, and, uh, I’m honestly a bit confused. I was looking at your website just now, and I noticed it’s, um… not really showing up well in search results?"
Engage:  "I mean, I might be missing something, but when I searched for businesses like yours, it was, uh, kinda buried? And I know how hard it is to get noticed online these days… Do you, uh, know what I mean? It just seems like… maybe more people should be finding you?"
Transition:  "So, I was wondering… are you guys doing any, um, search engine optimization? Like, I just want to make sure I’m not, uh, misunderstanding anything here… because it seems like there might be some room for improvement?"
Solution:  "And, well… what I actually do is help businesses like yours get seen online more easily. I’m thinking maybe I could, uh, help? If that’s something you’re interested in…?"
Closing:  "Uh, I’d love to, you know, set up a quick call or meeting to go over what I can do… if you’re, um, open to that? I mean, it could be nothing, but… it might be worth a look?"
