Mr Fox: una clase magistral en acuarela de flujo libre con Jane Davies

Wow, it's still beautiful, but it could be the paper you're using, which flows and softens incredibly well, so you're losing some of the detail of the flicks. And the front of the chest, I think you perhaps did them just a tiny bit too late, so they look a little stuck on. It's always worth doing those as quickly as you can while the paper and paint are still wet. Always worth trying this out on a scrap of paper and just do a simple blob and try flicking out at different stages of dryness. You'll soon get the hang of it!

Thank you. It was Eraldo di Paolo 100% cotton cold press. Not the greatest, but affordable for me to practise. I have also just purchased Quinacridone Gold Deep, too. I love that colour but didn't have it.

Oh, I’ve not come across that paper, have they stopped making it or can you just not get it in your area?

I don't love my fox overall. I found the front shadow and whispy hairs difficult, but here it is.
