The objective is to manage the end-to-end installation process, ensuring technical accuracy, safety compliance, and efficient resource allocation over an 18-day timeline execution window.

The Process & Timeline

The project is planned out across 18 days with clear milestone dependencies to ensure smooth execution:

• Phase 1: Structural Prep (June 30) – Starting with wall penetrations.

• Phase 2: Core Installation (July 5) – Positioning and securing the indoor and outdoor split units.

• Phase 3: Integration (July 8) – Connecting and assembling vital system components.

• Phase 4: Quality Control (July 12) – Conducting a rigorous defects assessment and system commissioning to ensure optimal performance.

• Phase 5: Final Handover (July 17) – Closing out the project for official sign-off.
