When I saw the poster for this skillshare class pop-up in my email notification, I got very excited looking at the artworks and immediately knew that I wanted to make my own version of these paintings.

I did the first artwork and realised that the color palette I had was too dark, the black grey leaf wasnt visible. So I redid the first artwork with a tinted down version. Later I completely changed the blue.

I enjoyed painting the faces..and even wanted to try a moon motif as we had already explored sun and semicircles..I actually created the color palette first after watching the class and didnt go back to change in the end.

I painted this with poster colors. Overall enjoyed the entire process. Thanks to Rutvik for such a wonderful class.
