Thank you for this tutorial!I enjoyed painting the picture, but the image of a lonely/abandoned boat looked sad and without an explanation to me. I decided to show that the boat has an owner who anchored it and swam/walked to the distant beach to explore it. I love painting water scenes (lakes, ocean, beaches) and hope you will post more tutorials for us to practice and improve painting such scenes.
