For the Blush Skincare logo, I made several design choices to create a visually appealing and meaningful representation of the brand. Here's a breakdown of the design elements and the reasons behind their selection.

Negative Space Typography: I chose to use the Bakerie Rough calligraphic font for the "Blush" name, utilizing negative space to create a liquid-like effect. This choice represents the brand's commitment to natural ingredients and reflects the gentle and flowing nature of skincare products.

Circle Shape and Nature Graphic: The circular shape symbolizes community, perfection, and love, which aligns with Blush Skincare's values of fostering a caring and inclusive skincare community. The nature graphic, resembling a folded plant leaf, reinforces the brand's focus on natural ingredients and adds a touch of organic beauty.

Colour Palette: I carefully selected a colour palette for each version of the logo to evoke specific feelings and associations. The chosen colours reflect the product's purpose and target audience. For example, the greenish shades in version 1 represent freshness and nature, suitable for moisturizers. The turquoise and soft pink/purple in version 2 convey a feminine and gentle feel, perfect for a toner.

Gradient Effect and Light Gray Typography: The gradient effect from black to white beneath the nature graphic adds depth and visual interest to the logo. It represents the transformative and gradual process of skin care. The light grey colour used for the "skincare" text complements the overall design and ensures legibility.
