Used filter and adjustments: Corrections in 'Light' -1,3 exposure, -77 highlights, shadows +25, whites +36 and  blacks at -32. Black&white Red filter, intensity set to 155. This settings made the letters in the field ('so far' in Dutch) pop out the best.

Very interesting and useful exercise and course! I did a lot more experimenting, but this was the one I liked the most in the end :).

A day later I went out with my camera with black and white in mind. Then I made this:

Edits: shot in Raw, set to Adobe Monochrome, cropped a little, upped exposure, in back&white mixer I put the green tot +55, added a little black vignette and de-noise in the end. My wife (the model and the owner of the white horse) liked the colored on more. I like the black and white more, because it neutralizes all the green and the blue crotches.
