Birds flying high, you know how I feel ………
Another wonderful class to follow. I’m truly enjoying myself. I was already using birds, but with the whole study and thinking behind it……… It’s an eye opener. For this class i used my new, just arrived and handmade watercolor book 12,5 x 12,5 cm. I love to have all my paintings together. First i did it with scrapbooking, but this is much beter. My preference brands of paints are Daniel Schmith, White Nights, Sonhan and Horadam. Brushes mostly Da Vinci, Silver and Princeton.
The gradient in this painting was hard to get perfect. I’m a true perfectionist.
One problem of painting in a book, it’s a single shot and this one was way off. I hate the sky, the building is crooked and i wanted to put away a brush. Which i use for grasses. But it got in the blue paint apparently. So i got horrible stripes in the sky.
The birds aren’t the best in this one, but i really wanted texture on the mountains. So in total, I’m in love with this painting.
This scenery is just macigal.
It was meant to be an easy project but it didn’t turn out that way. Because i have one shot, it’s a hit or mis and in this case it’s a mis. I really don’t like the sky. 
This is a truly mystical sky for on the autumn nightfall. I really love it. I did a little at on with a bush.
I placed way more birds and on a different way, but it felt wright for me. I loved the reflection of the moon in the water. It was great fun to make.
A fisherman to bring the birds closer but the luminated bird is not heart warming. Otherwise i love the painting.
Less is more, is the best way to discripe this painting. I’m truly in love with the simplicity of it. <3
I found the sky and bottom to blanc. So I had to do something to spike it a bit, stars in de sky and some grass and bushes on the ground.
love to do a white bird for a change. The colorsetup is also magnificent. It was wonderful to work on.
A challenge with the colors that are in tint pretty close together. Al warm orange reddish brown tones for the sky and the mountain. But the sky came out pretty static.
An orange gradient sky with a flog of passing by birds. Also one of my favorites.
This good be a great card for Halloween. It’s spooky and it gives you goosebumps. I love it, just what art is supposed to do.
All and all i had great fun with this class. Zaneena is one of my favorite teachers. She paints the surroundings I love in the way that I love. Keep up the good work.
