The top one is watercolor, the bottom one is acrylic.

I’ve been painting in watercolor for 3 years, this is my first acrylic painting. That was quite a challenge. The colours are more vibrant with acrylic paints, but in these small objects it’s easier to apply watercolour and get crisp lines. (But my brushes for acrylic paints aren’t the best).

I prefer watercolour now because I’m used to it, but I maybe if I practice with acrylic paints, it might get easier.
