Back to Myself Challenge: My Personal Journey
Before guiding you through the 7-day challenge, I wanted to share where I was emotionally when I began my own journey — because this challenge was born from a deeply personal need to reconnect with myself.
When I started, I felt tired from being too serious, too responsible, too focused on doing things “right.” But at the same time, something inside me was quietly asking to come back…
my playfulness,
my curiosity,
my sense of magic in simple things.
It felt as if I were stepping into a secret garden — a gentle, bright inner space that had always existed, but that I hadn’t visited for a long time. A place where my intuition could breathe again.
This challenge became my way of saying:
“I’m here. I’m listening. I’m ready to come back to myself.”
I hope my journey resonates with you, and that these seven days help you reconnect with your own inner light, softness, and playfulness.

Before starting I paused for a moment and asked myself honestly:
“How do I feel at the beginning of this journey?”
The answer surprised me —
I felt excited, almost like a little girl entering a magical secret garden.
A place full of light, colors, green, flowers… and possibility.
I painted this feeling intuitively:
• a garden that holds my inner world,
• a brush transformed into a torch, guiding my way,
• and a playful, imperfect self-portrait that shows my curiosity and joy.
It isn’t perfect — and that’s exactly the point.
This challenge is about expression, not perfection.
About following the hand instead of the mind.
About showing up as you are.
Today’s task for you:
Paint your own “before the challenge” self-portrait, with symbols or colors that capture how you feel as you begin. Don’t overthink — let your hands speak.
