I did two paintings because I found the first one a bit muddy. So next I changed the colors. That made a big change, but I can not tell which one I like the most.

I struggle to get contrasts. I am often afraid to use really darks. This time too...

Anyhow, I really liked the class and learned a lot about my colors as well.

Paper: Arches 300 gsm cold press rough.

I like the water reflections and the movement in the water best in the second painting.
