Hi P! Thanks so much for sharing - these are all really awesome. I really liked how you used color in all your thumbnails and then the way you used them in your three finalized paintings!  They all have a really vibrant energy. I actually really like how you 'stacked' the two on the left - it looks like they almost go together, like looking at a scene with two different 'lenses' or something like that :p  I'm curious to know if there's anything you learned while making the thumbnails or finalized drawings? Something you particularly like or don't like?

Thank you, Marie.  I've always enjoyed color, playing with color, landscapes, and  nature.   You will see that in my work at pcurtisart.com.   Planning compositions and color combinations in thumbnails takes so little time, so I will use that again.  In my final paintings I was pleased with my choice of color combinations.  I was surprised to like the look of white foliage shapes over color.

Yeah, the white is a really nice touch — I like it too!! :) thumbnails are a fun little process that brings out fun results... so I'm glad to hear you'll use it again.
