This was my first time drawing with markers, and a great review of the concepts of light and shadow.

I didn't have all the colors I would have liked to follow along (was missing more of the lighter values).

I also realized with my first attempt at the cube, cylinder, and sphere that I was not using the right kind of paper. 

Thanks for this great intro - I didn't think I would enjoy this medium and am so glad I tried it out.
