What a joy to paint this, thank you so much Chris for creating this class! 

Painted on Hahnemühle 300 gr hot pressed paper with Winsor & Newton professional paint (in tubes). 

I didn’t use masking fluid, it was fairly easy to paint around it. The background was too light at first so I put a second layer on it.

It felt strange to paint the abstract flowers but if you look at it from a distance it looks fine, just like the hair.

I used too much burnt sienna for the dress and it drawing too much attention, so I tried to tone it down with blue and green. A bit overworked now, but more balanced than before.

I’m so proud of the result so I framed it.
