Premise

What if an insecure Italian mafia don’s daughter who just started college found out that she had an inoperable brain tumor and decided to travel the world to complete as much of the things she wanted to do in her life before her time is up. While on her journey she repeatedly runs into this attractive man whom later she finds out is an Irish policemen. She knows that they could never be together because her father would never approve of him so she tries to run away. She overcomes her insecurities with the help of her sister and realizes that its okay to love who she loves no matter what.
