This project focuses on creating a batch of light, fluffy cupcakes topped with rich American buttercream frosting. The aim is to practice baking fundamentals and master the technique of making smooth, stable buttercream using butter, powdered sugar, and flavor extracts. The cupcakes will feature a soft vanilla sponge base and be decorated with colorful piped designs using various frosting tips. Through this project, I will explore color blending, piping patterns, and presentation skills, producing visually appealing and delicious cupcakes suitable for parties or celebrations.
