Maria these are great! It's so cool how they all look the same at first glance, then I started to see the small changes from each repetition of the exercise. I love the look of one-line drawings, and yours have a great flow and character to them.

I like the idea of one-line drawing because it makes you cut out all the extras you don't really use.

You are right! But it is challenging. Sometimes it is hard to get it right. I try to do mushrooms, but I cannot draw a decent one so far!! But the lady with the red lips, was finished within 5 minutes. May because of all those faces I did?

I know sometimes it frustrates me, too. It's still worth the while doing it again and again. My granddaughter did some one-line drawings on Tuesday. We had to draw food. The last one we did was a bunch of three bananas. And that was enough for both of us. Most importantly she enjoyed doing it.

It looks so simple, but it is rewarding to make something after a lot of efforts. I learn my granddaughter (10 and 8) sewing. But they like drawing and watercolor with me too!

I found Attabeires classes for one line drawings. What she is tea ching every class is do the same drill again and again and again! And so I did! A warming up is such a good idea to start these kind of drawings!
