Hi Ria, excellent work, you are learning so much about Affinity Publisher! This place looks beautiful. I have a few pieces of feedback for you. First I would say that using texture should be fairly consistent in a piece, in this case you have applied texture to the background but not to anything else causing distraction, this is the design principle of repetition. Texture can be difficult to get right so don't worry if it takes you a few tries. Next I'm a little thrown off by the gray shadow on the tower, there are two design principles here, the first one is repetition again, the gray is not repeated anywhere else so I'm not clued in to the fact that it is a shadow. The second principle is contrast, the gray doesn't have enough contrast with the surrounding browns which causes the viewer to linger in that area trying to make sense of it. The other are of contrast issei's is the trees in the back with the blue sky, they are getting lost back there a little. Lastly, and this one is difficult but can be helpful, I count seven different colors in this poster, it can be very helpful to limit yourself to 3-5 colors in a retro design like this. Overall though I think it is a really excellent job and I would love to visit someday, so it is doing it's job. If you do make some updates I would love to see them!

Hi Ria, I'm not sure your new poster uploaded, I'm just seeing the thumbnail image which looks the same. Try putting the new poster in the body of the project and hopefully that will work.

I want to rework the texture first, forgot how to change it.  I will repost once I have time to check out how to redo this.
