A 2 hour morning routine - student project

My primary focus: ​To cheer myself up for a light start to the day, understand my goals and achievements, be grateful for everything that I have and learn a lot about myself.

What habits will I do? Meditation, making bed, drinking water, exercising, journaling, gratitude, stretching, spending time outside, listening to podcasts.

Routine Breakdown: 

  • 8:30 am: Wake up, make bed, drink water, wash face (4 min)
  • 8:34 am: Walk outside (15 min)
  • 8:49 am: Meditation (15 min)
  • 9:04 am: Exercise (10 min)
  • 9:14 am: Stretching (5 min)
  • 9:19 am: Have my breakfast (20 min)
  • 9:39 am: Brush teeth (3 min)
  • 9:42 am: Inspiring content (13 min)
  • 9:55 am: Journaling and planning the day ahead (10 min)
  • 10:05 am: Reward myself for the completed morning routine (25 min)

Bedtime focus:

  • No blue light from screens 2 hours before bed
  • Reflect on the day. What have I done? What awaits me tommorow?
  • Praise myself for what I have and what I have achieved today.
  • Put on big socks and a sleeping mas fork a better sleep.
