Marketing potente en redes sociales: de nivel principiante a avanzado

Thank you for submitting your project and for putting so much great detail into your strategy. I think you're definitely on the right track here and there are lots of great ideas about improvements that could be made with this brand. Insurance is a really tricky topic for social media for sure. I think it would definitely be of benefit to think about what would make someone actually follow or engage with an insurance company on social media. Generally - just presenting posts and information about the company or services won't be enticing enough for people to engage with the content. So instead maybe think about how you could tell the stories behind the insurance claims. The best insurance marketing I've seen has always tapped into human emotion both from the people who are receiving the insurance but also the providers. Because usually, people are making insurance claims during a pretty tough time in their life so they want to know who will be responsible for handling their claims and knowing they can trust them.So I would perhaps rethink this from a more human angle if possible, and additionally, I would definitely consider Google ads or just organic blog content in addition to social media. Because largely if people are looking for insurance services they'll be looking to Google for recommendations and then social media will exist more just to validate their research. But overall I think you're spot on with recommending that the brand builds more authenticity in terms of reviews and also having that brand cohesiveness across networks so well done! :-)

This project is a social media marketing class assignment. The company I selected to base my project on is Exellion Group Insurance Agency.
