I tend to jump around from one app to another and I don't have any Adobe apps.

This gold bar was created in Affinity Designer using 3D and Emboss effects. It was composited with the background in Pixelmator. The background was created in Cheetah 3D as part of the renders below.

 

The following image consists of two renders in Cheetah 3D, one with plain gold and one with a beaten gold effect. The images were composited in Pixelmator..

 

Then I added some effects using LensFlare Studio

 

I really enjoyed the challenge of creating some faux gold.
