14 day challenge- Marie Noelle

Day 3: Slow Motion. I tried to do a very basic and very slow drawing of what I consider slow: me waggling (that's walking/jogging for those not familiar with this particular form of "get you butt out and move" ). I had to really think about the legs and arms moving positions and slowed it way down.
(Day 1: Journey. (cover picture) At 56, my life has been a journey and not always what I expected. No matter where I have wandered, even off-track, I know I'm not alone, so I'm not really ever lost.)

Day 2, Cloudwatching: I live in Colorado and when I bought my home, I made sure I had a view of the mountains. They are so inspiring. My scribble easily became the peaks and slopes of my view.

Day 4: shake it up. Weeeeeeeeeee nothing like scribbling away with the water-soluble crayons. No rhyme or reason, liking or disliking. Just play.

Day 5: Metamorphis. Nothing speaks of change so beautifully as a plant.

Day 6: Metamorphis #2: Three is a holy number in many different religions. It speaks to parts of a whole, which can describe all of us.

Day 7: Crowd of Creatures: I have to say this has been my least favorite exercise. I am not a fan of fantasy type art, which is how this felt to me.

Day 8: Color my Day: This day at work had been a slow and mostly easy day. The mood felt mellow and soft, thus the pastel bubbles. But like any work day, there were little things that would pop up here and there that had to be attended to-- those are the small, red triangles.
