For my reference I used a photo of Haystack Rock from Canon Beach Oregon.  The rock itself is the focal point, but the photo had this amazing reflection that I was not sure how to paint, so your class was perfect to help me achieve this effect. Your class is filled with helpful tips for everything from the sky to the ripples in the water.  I am sure I will refer back often, as I love to paint landscapes.  I had zoomed in on the reference image when I was painting, so when I painted the birds they looked bigger, next time I won’t add as many and I will make them smaller.
