Workshop Timeline:

Milestone 1: First up, we’ll complete a brand new class from YouTube creator and productivity expert Thomas Frank! In Productivity Masterclass: Create a Custom System that Works, Thomas shares how you can create a personalized productivity system to transform your approach to work, school, and life. By January 30th, share in your class project one area of your life - whether it’s your calendar or sock drawer - that you’re going to apply Thomas’ process to in 2019.
Milestone 2: Next up, we’ll dive deep into one of the hottest new concepts in productivity — attention management. In Productivity Today: Managing Attention in the Digital Age, expert Kevin Siskar shares strategies for managing digital distractions and staying focused on the task at hand. By February 6th, share in your class project one tip that you're going to implement in the next week.
Milestone 3: Lastly, you’ll tackle email overload and take control of your inbox with productivity expert Alexandra Samuel’s class, Email Productivity: Work Smarter with Your Inbox. Alexandra shares her step-by-step process to handle email efficiently and effectively so you can stop spending time in your inbox and start spending time on the things that matter. By February 13th, use Alexandra's worksheet to develop your own folder and filter system, and share in your class project one favorite tip that you plan to put into action.
