Fortunately, big retailers aren’t the only places to see your art on products. Print-on-demand sites like Society6 are a great way to sell your art online without the assistance of a big-box retailer or the hassles of running your own store. 
In this class, Gia will guide you through the simple steps you can take to turn your artistic pastime into profitable, passive income. You’ll learn:

<li>How to hand letter and illustrate an eye-catching poster</li>
<li>How to set up your Society6 shop and upload your artwork</li>

If you have some basic knowledge of hand lettering and illustration, this class is ideal for you. If these skills are new to you, be sure to check out the Resources tab for class recommendations for beginners! Although Gia will be drawing digitally on an iPad Pro using the Procreate app, an iPad is not required for this class.  You’re welcome to use whatever drawing method you’re most comfortable with.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Society6 has recently changed their Terms of Service and one of the most impactful changes is the way shipping costs will be handled. As of May 4th 2023, a portion of the shipping fees will be deducted from artist's earnings. You can find exact deductions (by product) <a href="https://help.society6.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029529311-How-Much-Do-I-Earn-On-the-Sale-of-My-Products-" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">listed here</a>. Also, in the near future, artists will be required to pay an annual subscription in order to sell on the platform. As of this time, they have not shared more details on the cost of the subscription. Given these changes, I have decided to close my Society6 shop. This, of course, is not to say that you should not build a S6 shop of your own - just review the terms carefully and decide what's best for you.
