After downloading and unzipping the "SOAP Progress Notes Tool" file:
1. Move the app to your Applications folder (recommended).
2. On first launch, macOS may show a warning like:
“ProgressNoteTool can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer”
3. To proceed:
• Open System Preferences → Security & Privacy → General
• Click “Open Anyway”
• Then click “Open” again in the prompt
