You will find a basic recipe that is an excellent starting point, and you will virtually enter in a pizzeria to learn some of the pizza best practice used by professionals. There's also the "recipe" of an authentic Italian pizza sauce - once you read the book you will understand why the inverted commas!
The whole book has a DIY approach. The reader won't be asked to buy any fancy tool, least of all one of those purpose built ovens like Ooni, Gozney Roccbox and the likes. You're definitely not forced to have one in order to bake a great pizza.
You will also see debunked some of the common misconceptions that gravitate around the world of pizza making and many typical mistakes will be highlighted and fixed.
The author, Fabio Errante, is a professional pizzaiolo. Although he has left the pizzeria, pizza still puts food on his table (pun intended) as he works as consultant and teaches pizza making at various level, both remotely and in presence.
