The Willow Soft Cup Bra has been inspired by the shapes of vintage bra designs with the high cup profile and the surrounding arc neckline shape. However, it has been modernised to feel as comfortable as your everyday comfy bralette, yet fits more like a structured bra to give you that desired shape and support. The rigid cups provide support whilst the stretch neckline adds comfort and ease. The pattern also comes with a side sling for a more supportive option if desired, as well as a ballet back strap variation, which can feel more supportive.
You can really play around with the design of this bra, mixing your favourite comfy stretch fabrics with your favourite rigid fabrics, and just like the Willow Knicker pattern, it is great for using up scrap pieces of fabric you may have already in your fabric box!
The bra matches the Willow Knicker pattern perfectly so there’s already the perfect pattern to make your set!
The A-DD Willow Soft Bra comes in 26 UK bra sizes:
30B-DD, 32A-DD, 34A-DD, 36A-DD, 38A-D, 40A-C
You will learn how to measure your bra size following the instructions provided. You will learn how to work with stretch and rigid fabrics and applying elastic. You will learn how to make the Willow Soft Cup Bra on a sewing machine by using the instructions booklet which has lots of photos, showing you every step.
It is a great pattern to expand your lingerie sewing skills and create a comfy and supportive wireless bra that you will love!
