In this class, we will dive into the step-by-step process of creating wood textures from pen and paper to computer. You will learn how to:
<ul><li>Draw a wood texture on paper using pen and ink</li>
<li>Convert your hand-drawn artwork into a digital format</li>
<li>Vectorize, recolor and resize your texture for multiple uses</li>
</ul>This class is a fun exercise for beginners and experienced designers alike who are looking to add this technique to their skillset.

Material Needed:
<ul><li>Drawing Paper (100 - 120 lb and acid-free is preferable)</li>
<li>Pens and/or Fine Liners</li>
<li>Scanner and Computer</li>
<li>Adobe Illustrator (7-day free trial available <a href="https://www.adobe.com/be_en/products/illustrator/free-trial-download.html" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">here</a>)*</li>
<li>Adobe Photoshop (Optional: 7-day free trail available <a href="https://www.adobe.com/be_en/products/photoshop/free-trial-download.html" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" target="_blank">here</a>)*</li>
