Hello!

I'm Clarice, a watercolour artist, with a background in design, from Toronto, Canada.
I specialize in 'Loose Watercolour Florals".

My watercolour journey started through my YouTube channel, creating "how to paint" video tutorials. YouTube was, and continues to be, a source for me to share my knowledge on design and watercolour via tutorials. I've some wonderful people through my following on there.

I decided to team my passion for travel and watercolour to create watercolour retreats. My retreats are all-inclusive style that allow you to relax without having to think of what next. For 2026, we are kicked off with the Costa Brava Watercolour Retreat in May and then in October 2026 the Tuscany Watercolour Retreat.

Find out more about the Tuscany Watercolour Retreat here.

I firmly believe, art is therapy and it has no rules. If you paint for fun and keep an open mind, you have the most satisfying feeling of accomplishment that is priceless.

Over the years, I've been privileged to work with some pretty amazing brands like Etchr Lab, White Nights (Nevskaya Palitra), Paul Rubens, Charmed Aroma, Legion and Princeton Brushes (to name a few). I am also a brand ambassador to the well-known and much liked Princeton Brushes Co.

I love seeing people's work from my classes, so please do tag me on social media under #skillsharebyclaricegomes. Find me on Instagram (@helloclariceg), Facebook (Clarice Gomes Designs) and YouTube (Clarice Gomes Watercolour).

Looking forward to taking this watercolour journey with you.
