Watercolor Florals: Let Paint Flow for Soft Backgrounds

These are both really lovely. I love that you explored two different looks here. Your tulips have such a soft, cheerful feel, and I really like the color variation you used. It gives the whole piece a light, happy energy. And your lavender has such a nice sense of movement. The way you built up those deeper purples against the softer background works really beautifully and gives it great dimension. You’re doing a wonderful job adapting to your paper and still getting such nice results. That’s not always easy, and you’re handling it really well.see you in the next class!
