I decided to make 3 collections separated by theme. I still intend to tinker with these projects a bit, but overall I was very satisfied. 

Actually the classes are giving me so many ideas that I'm losing sleep lol

AI still struggle a bit with Adobe Illustrator but we're starting to love each other.
