Finding your style: Make art that is uniquely yours

Hey 'Be Yourself'. No problem to get stuck. I see you have a true passion for beautiful art and that can sometimes make it overwhelming to see the connections in what moves you.In these illustrations I see a lot of connections. Let me break it down for you below:Structural: 1. These images are fairly fluid built from gesture and then moving into sharp corners to accent the work. i.e smooth lines from shoulder through the hips, pointed thin fingers, small pointed noses, shapely hair. 2. Most of the images I can see have slightly larger eyes and smaller noses ( I think your moodpboard may be cropped off a bit so I am just going from the section I see) 3. The artists you have selected definitely focus on key shapes to identify their characters. This means that they first go in with loose and fluid sketches and then exaggerate specific shapes to bring about a strong silhouette identity. 4. All figures have thin arms and slightly lengthened body to stretch them out in a model like fashion. this is common in more current anime based art.Render: 1. Bright colours and limited palettes 2. fine black out lines with an almost pencil texture (majority show this) 3. small detail accents for highlights I hope that this list helps you. I definitely see a style here for you the explore.
