Drawing Daily Monsters: Finding Inspiration in a Drop of Ink

These creatures are so fun, Michelle! The contrast of your simple splash of yellow with the darkness of the ink really makes them pop! I'm partial to the dragon :)

Wow! Love all your creatures. I feel like they belong in a storybook! :D

These are lovely.  The first one reminds me of an Edward Gorey illustration + a little Maurice Sendak.  Very nice.

I'd like to thank you for introducing me to these two dark and amazing art styles.

I really LOVE the first one! He is amazing and full of emotions! Love the dancing chicken too, so funny!

Oh, very nice! You're going to town, Michelle! I especially like that you added some fine spray to the ink! (Thumb on toothbrush?) I like all these! The karate chicken is pretty excellent, but the first little "Poor Leno" creature I'd never have found! Nice!
