Mastering Charcoal Drawing Part III | How to Draw a Humpback Whale

Hey John, thank you for uploading your project. Your whale is very well done. I like how you were able to capture that softness throughout the drawing. I also appreciate the high values, especially on the whale's back where the most light is present. You were able to bring out the richness in your value scale by having bits of complete black and complete white. Overall, you have a wonderful drawing, and I really like how you put the whale in the ocean with the blue.
